A real beginner. The last time I was a serious rider, I rode without a helmet, faced oncoming traffic or rode on the sidewalk, used the pedal for brakes, and was attending elementary school (for the first time!) However, several of you have asked what I do to keep in shape. Couldn't think of much at first but then I realized I've been clogging every week for over a year. Last week when I came home all sweaty I realized that clogging is most likely the reason I'm in 1/2 way decent shape for my age.
