    Leave the church at 6:00 for a trip to 12. Pace is relaxed but not chatty. Keep getting in the miles. Next week we'll take a mini breather (easier stuff) before the "big" one...

    If the wind is anything like it was this morning my 23 year old legs are going to feel it.  Great resistance training.

    I'll bet you felt it last night when my team mate, Jon, did some dispatchin' on ya up the hill.  Rumor has it that Jim F. gave you a taste of thumpin' too..  He's also on my team. It was a good night to be me.
