Leave coach Mike's home at 8:00 for a trip to ???  Let me just say that this will be a walk in the park compared to last week. Your mega climbing days are behind you. Now, you're going to do  a little fine tuning. After Wednesday's ride, I can tell that the folks that have done the optional weeknight rides can do a century without a problem.

If by chance this prayer is answered and you awake to a beautiful day the morning of the century but your lips are sewn shut..   I'll buy you some Breath Right Strips..  I'm here for ya....

Please Great Punkin.. Just this one and I won't ask again... Well, as long as I'm askin, there are some issues with Mary Lynn and Lark but we'll take care of one at a time..

I just saw the weather report and it said there will be 20-30 mph winds on Sunday.  WHY????
